WHAT CLIENTS HAVE SAID ABOUT THE INTOMBI EXPERIENCE
“Siobhan is a multi-talented person: a unique fusion of sparkling creativity, poised charm, fierce, relentless stamina, tenacity and detail-driven smartness. Siobhan has many skill-sets and talents that she can apply to every stage of the film supply chain. Siobhan understands all the intricacies of pre-production, the unforgiving discipline of production, the details of post-production from graphics and software, to edit workflows and translations. She is also gracious and affable with clients and crew. Siobhan communicates clearly and responsibly with clients informing them of every step and flagging challenges in a diplomatic way. Siobhan can think in abstraction, conceive, imagine and design and she is also practical. She is direct yet sensitive, forceful yet always respectful, flexible and giving, tender and tireless. Moreover, of course not to mention fearless. She ploughs through nights – her fiery and unrelenting spirit of commitment and dedication driving her on. Her bright can-do attitude and spirit allow her to juggle many roles with agility and do the impossible to ensure the smooth working of the shoot. We worked on a short art-house documentary that garnered acclaim in many festivals, an NGO training film and a challenging TVC in 2017. The TVC was an unpredictable hurricane that spun at us. Siobhan remained intrepid and smart to the final upload. She loyally stood beside me, weathering production pyrotechnics and solving crazy conundrums offering support, solutions and a voice of reason throughout the entire process. The outcome? The TVC was a success, and the client informed us it went beyond the company’s expectations. Siobhan is a great talent, a lovely person and reliable.
– Sofia Defay , Director
“I approached Siobhan with a particularly complex production challenge for a client, where I needed high end recording of a complex economic development program, but one that needed to be viewed as warm and friendly. Furthermore it needed to be recorded in the local vernacular, with appropriate edits.
Thus pre-production, understanding of the strategic intent, applying the creative thread and ultimately ensuring the crew and cast of characters were both excited and accurate in their delivery, were of paramount importance.
Siobhan and her team were on-board from day one with discipline, energy and flair, and the production was a great success for all, and resulted in a happy clients and a product that continues to this day to inspire communities in economically disadvantaged areas.
I would recommend Siobhan and please contact me should you wish any further details.”
